The Story
Supremo is Colombia's highest screen-size grade, meaning only the largest, densest beans make the cut. Ours comes from smallholder farms scattered across Huila's mountainous terrain, where volcanic soil and equatorial sun produce cherries bursting with sugar. After careful hand-picking, beans are fully washed and patio-dried over two weeks. The cup is everything you want from a classic Colombian—well-balanced medium body, a caramel sweetness that builds as it cools, clean cocoa undertones, and a finish that lingers pleasantly without overstaying. A staple that never disappoints, whether brewed as drip, Chemex, or Aeropress.
